Returns

30 days from the date of delivery. The racket must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at accounts@c-padeluk.com. Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

We confirm the return address once your return is approved.

Damages and Defects

Inspect your order on arrival. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will resolve it.

Return through the standard process above. Place a new order once your return is confirmed.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase.
